Kevin “Floco Torres” Williams is that fashionable, skinny-jean wearin’ black guy who’s constantly raising the bar in the rap/hip-hop genre around Georgia. Born in New Jersey, Floco has graced the  scene in Macon, GA, with more than a couple (sarcasm here) of packed out shows in various bars, clubs, listening rooms, and festivals over the past handful of years. Firing off like a rapid-fire machine gun, Floco is constantly giving us new material to add to our collection in our iTunes library. The dude is brilliant with the pen and his delivery is dang near perfect. Just as we’re getting comfortable playing his latest record, Floco’s Modern Life, on repeat, Floco keeps us on our toes by announcing that he’ll be releasing a new, never-before-heard mixtape, entitled Ralph BIGhead on his site on Wednesday, April 27th! As you grow anxious for the release of what I’m predicting will be a gem of a mixtape, check out the music video to one of the tracks off the upcoming release. The song is called “Mad Man” and the video is directed by Michael Hawkins. At the end of this year, TheBlueIndian.com will, like the previous years, release its Top Ten records of the year. Well, this year will mark the first year that our writers will release their Top 25 Tracks of the year. And mark my words– “Man Man” will make my list.
