Most of us are celebrating Christmas this week, but Berlin-based record label Butterfly Collectors are celebrating their first anniversary. It is that occasion that has prompted them to give away a new compilation with four unreleased tracks from the artists on their roster.

Opening the set is Georgia’s own Nigel Wright who wow’d us earlier this year with his debut album Millfoil. He covers Leonard Cohen’s much beloved “Hallelujah”.Young Wright pulls it off brilliantly and certainly makes it his own.

Following him is William Morgan and then the label’s founding duo under the alias SpringerParker. Closing the setlist is the group’s latest addition Jana Horn, who gives us a sneak peek of a track off her upcoming LP due to be released in March 2013.
