On Wednesday, August 26th, Caledonia Lounge in Athens will come alive to celebrate the return of Scooterbabe, a beloved act considered defunct since last Fall.

After multiple releases, including their 2014 EP, scooterbabe2@gmail.com (a personal favorite), the band called it quits as guitarist JJ Posway left Athens to pursue a career in New York. Grafton Tanner and Michael Buice, the two other members, remained in Athens and have been involved with various personal and musical projects, but Wednesday’s show at Caledonia will be the first time the three have performed together since Halloween at Rowdy Dowdy, an iconic Athens’ house show destination.

Joining Scooterbabe will be Fake Flowers and Stay at Home Dad (Dillon McCabe of Programs). The show is presented by WUOG. Tickets are $5 (21+) and $7 (18-20).
