This July, JUNA will be embarking on their first US tour, covering sixteen cities in ten different states. The Athens-based group made their debut in Macon earlier this year aside DRGN King and Walking Shapes when they released Heteroglossia, an intensely dark EP that is far more atmospheric than it is abrasive. The EP hits hard in all the right places, but settles down into slow, steady verses and interludes that almost taunt the listener.

JUNA’s sixteen date tour will come to an end in Macon as the band makes their debut at the city’s 14th annual Bragg Jam Concert Crawl – aside 55 other bands on 15 stages. Head over to the band’s website to listen to Heteroglossia and make sure to check them out if they’re coming to your city.
