Savannah Stopover turns “five” this March 5th – 7th. That means five years of invigorating the Savannah music scene, five years of throwing jaw-dropping parties, and five years of treating locals and tourists alike to an experience that could only be had in such a city – and I’ve never even been. Since the first year (2012) that The Blue Indian had a writer or photographer at the Festival, I’ve been subject to hours of sorting through countless photos of amazing performances and editing reviews that would make anyone who missed out envious – a testament to both the contributing press and the team behind the festival. For one reason or another, I’ve been unable to attend Stopover since year one but I’m deteremined to change that and spend a weekend celebrating five years of a truly successful and unique live music experience. Also, my friend Chris lives in Savannah and is part of DIP and I always enjoy seeing him (Check DIP out).

If you’re all about knowing “what’s next”, this is a Festival you want to pay attention to.
