Six years of relentless touring has started to pay off for Vancouver-based indie-pop act Said The Whale. Following their nomination for two JUNO awards earlier this year for their 2012 release, Little Mountain, the group set the release date for their newest album, hawaiii, and haven’t looked back since. They’re currently headlining a run of dates through September that has them playing in major markets across the US and Canada. hawaiii isn’t available for purchase until September 17th but you can get a preview of what to expect from the album with their first single, “I Love You”.

On September 21st, Said The Whale returns to Atlanta for a show at the Masquerade’s Purgatory Room where they’ll be joined by Vernon Oak, Ethos, and The Seam. Vernon Oak, a young Atlanta-based band, will be releasing their debut EP, “Trust Your Struggle”, that night as well. Tickets for the Atlanta show are only $10.00 and the show is open to all ages.

Following Atlanta, Said The Whale’s release tour for hawaiii continues up the East Coast where they’ll play the last date in Allston, MA on September 30th.

You can pre-order hawaiii HERE.
