The iconic duo of Linford Detweiler & Karen Bergquist, better known as OVER THE RHINE, will be making a special two-night appearance in the Atlanta-area this weekend. Touring in support of their upcoming album, Meet Me At The Edge Of The Word (Sept. 3rd), they’ll be settling in for a very special performance at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur on Friday, August 23rd and a follow up at The Red Clay Theatre in Duluth on Saturday, August 24th.

The group recorded the latest album with the Grammy Award-winning producer Joe Henry (previously recorded Bonnie Raitt & Betty LaVette) in just six short days. Meet Me At The Edge Of The World, a double-album, features 18 original tracks and a cover of The Band’s “It Makes No Difference”.

Tickets for both shows are still available but will move quickly over the next twenty-four hours so buy them in advance while you can.

Over The Rhine will be joined by Kim Taylor at both shows.

Later this year, the group will embark on the “Meet Me At The Edge Of The World Tour” with special guest The Milk Carton Kids, Tift Merritt, and Noah Gundersen.
