New Zealand-based singer/songwriter Liam Finn has been busy this year; His third full-length, The Nihilist, was released via Yep Roc Records in May to rave reviews, he’s played shows on three continents – most recently returning from a UK tour, and he’s spent the last week on the road supporting psych-rockers Warpaint as part of their US tour promoting their recent self-titled album.

The tour rolls into Atlanta on Sunday, October 19th at the Variety Playhouse. Surprisingly, the show hasn’t sold out yet but I’d give that through this evening. Tickets are only $20.00. Doors are at 7:00pm and Finn will take the stage around 8:00pm.

American Songwriter said of The Nihilist, “Finn has never been shy about embracing the quirks in his songwriting, but he has never explored them with such reckless enthusiasm as he does here.”
