Formerly know as TULSA, Carter Tanton has been turning heads in the independent music community for the past few years. More recently, he became a member of Baltimore, Maryland based group LOWER DENS. While Carter is a busy guy, he’s been able to write and record a solo record that is due out this fall titled Freeclouds. Marissa Nadler joins him on this record to complete Carter’s already nearly flawless sound.
