Remember that hard hitting video + track we premiered a few months back from Macon-based band MADRE PADRE for their debut single “Bump”? Well, the band’s been laying low working on their upcoming release but are taking a break from recording to ring in 2014 with a show at Historic Grant’s Lounge in Macon with Death on Two Wheels and Brother Hawk on Friday, January 3rd.

Death on Two Wheels released a new album in November 2013 featuring the single “Hey Amariah” and followed it with a video for the same song that was actually filmed inside Grant’s Lounge by Dynes Media, the same group that produced MADRE PADRE’s debut video. Nylon Men got hold of the video for “Hey Amariah” and debuted it here.

Brother Hawk, an Atlanta-based rock act with close ties to Death on Two Wheels, makes their debut in Macon at the show and should make for an excellent way to get the evening started.
