Savannah Stopover is clearly going for gold with their 2016 festival (March 10th-12th), the sixth since its inception; Alongside co-headlining acts like Ra Ra Riot, Yuck, and Hinds, buzzworthy up-and-comers like Porches., Alex G, Diet Cig, PWR BTTM, Mothers, All Dogs, Susto, and Great Peacock — just to name a few.

The festival, which was started to catch touring bands as they headed west to Austin for “The Big One”, has played an integral part in putting the city’s music scene on the map. Music File Productions, the team behind Savannah Stopover and its sister festival, Revival Fest, have worked hand-in-hand with local artists, musicians, venues and vendors to create an environment that’s welcoming and that promotes healthy growth.

Previous marquee acts for Stopover include The War on Drugs, Grimes, of Montreal, Mac DeMarco, Wye Oak, Future Islands, and Generationals. Check out our recaps of the festival since we first caught wind in 2012.

Early-bird tickets for the festival went on sale today at 11am, and include 3-day advance passes at $65 along with VIP Passes at $125. Tickets are available through Ticketfly.
