Earlier this summer Arthur Alligood went on his “The Highway Robbery Tour” across the Southeast. He played many of the tunes from his new album I Have Not Seen the Wind how they were originally written, “with [his] single voice and an old guitar.”

His performance at Para Coffee near University of Virginia in Charlottesville was recorded and he has just released it for FREE via NoiseTrade. You can grab it for a mere email address on the right.

Alligood points out that he wanted the recording to be as raw and real as possible so don’t expect shiny, polished production.

“It is as it was that night, or as close as we can get. If you missed me on tour then consider this my way of saying, ‘Sorry you couldn’t come, but here’s how it all went down.’ “
