Founded in Macon, GA in September 2014, CORNER CONCERTS showcases up-and-coming music talent in unique spaces around the city. From parking decks to historic temples to garages, each setting provides a one-of-a-kind experience for guests and performers. Notable past performers have included St. Francis, New Madrid, White Violet, and The Black Cadillacs.

For their first show of Summer 2015 (Saturday, June 27th), Corner Concerts is bringing Caroline Rose, Great Peacock, and Jordan & Elizabeth to Cassidy’s Garage, located at 423 Mulberry St. in Downtown Macon.

You might remember Caroline Rose as our “Band of the Month” for August 2013 or from her beautiful Acoustic Alley Session, recorded during her debut in Macon at the Rookery in July of 2013. She has since released two albums, America Religiousand I Will Not Be Afraid. 

Based in Nashville, Great Peacock has established themselves as a thoroughly talented indie/Americana act with the release of Making Ghosts, their debut full length album. Check out their Jam in the Van Session here. It’s become one of my favorite from the JITV series.

Tickets for the show are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. The event is open to all ages.
