Fresh off an incredible year with their second full-length album Baba Yaga, psychedelic-country band FUTUREBIRDS will play a homecoming show at Atlanta’s Buckhead Theatre on Friday, December 27^th. With a soulful blend of unconstrained southern rock and psychedelic sounds, Baba Yaga has received rave reviews highlighted from Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, SPIN Magazine, Paste, and many more. With a “blend of warmly catchy tunes, stirringly evocative lyrics, distinctive sonic textures and unexpected melodic twists,” the Athenians are ready to unleash an energetic and eclectic evening to all — it’ll be the greatest of gifts to bestow or receive this holiday season. Buckhead Theatre will be the lone East Coast taste before the guys pack up and head west for a two month stretch through Colorado, Jackson Hole, Montana, Seattle, Oregon, Cali, Texas, and New Orleans.
