Just minutes ago, the initial lineup for Savannah Stopover 2014 was announced at the Jinx, one of the participating venues of the Festival and a staple in the ever-expanding Savannah music scene. Following a performance from local hotshots Triathalon, the Music File Productions/Savannah Stopover founder Kayne Lanahan announced that performances from SMALL BLACK, THOSE DARLINS, HURRAY FOR THE RIFF RAFF, THE WEEKS, ST. PAUL & THE BROKEN BONES and many more amazing acts will occur during the three days of music. Sets from New Madrid and headlining act Futurebirds followed the announcement.

Also announced was the addition of a community concert in Ellis Square, Premier-level sponsorship from One Victory West, the latest residential/retail development in Savannah, and a partnership with TicketFly as the exclusive ticket service for the 2014 Festival. Tickets go on-sale at 10:00am on Friday, November 22nd.

Headlining acts, plus the remainder of the lineup, won’t be announced until January but the list of bands already released is more than enough reason to pick up a ticket and make your travel plans.

We’ll see you there, and we’ll make sure you know when headliners + full lineup are announced.
