Friday night (July 17, 2009) I attended a sold-out show for Dirty Projectors at The Earl in East Atlanta. I was a bit skeptical and didn’t think the band would be able to pull of the amazing sound of their album when performing live. Boy was I wrong! Their harmonizing and a cappella bits were perfect – despite one of the ladies having the flu.
