Beloved San Francisco-based duo The Dodos have just released a brand new album titled Carrier (Polyvinyl Records) and are well on their way to touring the globe (quite literally) in support of the record. The album features the single “Confidence”, which they just performed on the Late Show with David Letterman

The album has already received high marks from Rolling Stone, Paste, Pitchfork and the like..

On Friday, October 4th, 2013, the band returns to Atlanta for the first time in more than two years. They’ll be settling in at The Drunken Unicorn with direct support from Dustin Wong (formerly of Ponytail and Ecstatic Sunshine). Tickets for the show are $14.00 in advance or $15.00 the night-of, though I’m guessing this one will sell-out.
